Our life group is starting a new series I call radical relationship, which is focused on building our personal relationship with God through the practice of spiritual disciplines. Unlike most studies on this subject we will be looking at how simple daily practices can help us identify details of how to build up our relationship with Him. In the same way that we have to work on our marriages, on becoming better parents, etc. we have to spend time working on our relationship with God.
This week we will be looking at Prayer conversations.
We are using the book the Spiritual Disciplines Handbook and we will be using the book as a tool to explore practices that we are not accustomed to.
